The subject line is the only routing this company has, and it is enough.

The response times are commitments, not aspirations. If something is going to take longer than the figure in the table, you get a message saying so and a date, rather than silence.

02What is worth sending, and what is not
The inbox is small and read by a person, which is both the advantage and the limit.
Worth sending
- The specific way the sequence on the how it works page would break in your trade.
- What you currently do about missed calls, including the answer that you do nothing.
- A correction to anything on this site. Factual errors get fixed and the page says nothing about who found them unless you ask it to.
- A security issue. Reported in good faith, it will not be treated as hostile.
Please do not send
- Recordings, screenshots or message threads containing your customers' details. We have no product yet, so there is no reason for us to hold anybody else's personal information, and anything like that is deleted rather than filed.
- Identity documents. Nothing here needs one, and we will not ask for one to answer a privacy request.
- Search engine optimisation offers, directory listings, outsourced development pitches or bought lead lists. These get deleted unread.
- Anything urgent that involves a real emergency. This is a mailbox at a company with no product. Use the services that exist for that.
Rights
03Privacy requests, complaints, and where to go over our heads
You do not have to be a customer to use any of this, and there is nobody to be a customer of yet.
Requests for access or correction under Australian Privacy Principles 12 and 13 go to [email protected], and we answer them within 30 days at no charge. What we actually hold, which today is very little, is set out in the privacy policy.
If you are unhappy with how we handled personal information, complain to us first with "Privacy complaint" in the subject line. We acknowledge within 5 business days and answer within 30 days. If that answer does not satisfy you, or none arrives, you can take it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, GPO Box 5218, Sydney NSW 2001, telephone 1300 363 992, oaic.gov.au. There is no fee and you do not need our agreement.
We will not ask you to sign anything as a condition of us dealing with a privacy complaint, and making one is not a breach of any terms.

There is no postal address on this website. If you need to serve a document, the registered office recorded against ACN 697 510 562 on the ASIC register is the address with legal effect, and it is available to anybody who searches the register.
